How can I make an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled online using our calendar booking, by calling our office directly, or by using our mobile app. For urgent care, we accept walk-ins or same-day appointments subject to availability.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept a variety of insurance plans, including PPOs, HMOs, Medicare, and Medicaid. A full list of accepted insurances is available on our Billing and Insurance page. For specific coverage questions, please contact your insurance provider or our billing department.

Insurance is currently not accepted for Suboxone Management Treatment.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

For your initial visit, please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, any relevant medical records, and a list of current medications. Additionally, new patients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.

Do you offer telemedicine appointments?

Our clinic is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Emergency contact numbers are available on our website for after-hours concerns.

How can I access my medical records?

You can access your medical records securely online through our patient portal. If you need assistance signing up or navigating the portal, please contact our office or refer to the Patient Portal Help section.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Patients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notification may be subject to a no-show fee as outlined in our office policies.
